Here is one of our final updates of the season.I can’t believe how incredibly fast this season has gone and I want to thank all of our swimmers and especially parent volunteers on their hard work thus far.Thank you

Tonight will be the final Bitty Breaker Practice as our final home meet is Monday and we don’t have bitty practice on Fridays.Great job to all our half lappers

Just an update on our record, we are undefeated in meets so far. Excellent job swimmers.Lets continue to dominate the next two meets.

We have a home meet tomorrow 6/20 versus Village Oaks.

If you are setting up for the meet, please be at the pool no later than 4:30

We will run half lappers at the beginning and middle of the meet.

Warm ups are at 5, please have your swimmers at the pool no later than 4:45

I still need the following jobs filled for tomorrows meet.I will be emailing those families who have not fulfilled their required shifts for the season.

Also if your swimmer is not going to be at tomorrows meet, our coaches need to know ASAP we need to create our meet later today.

Champ Meet Entries

Champ Meet entries have been turned in.Please note the fee schedule below and turn in your payment by 6/25/19.$7.50 splash fee for all swimmers except Bitty Breakers and $2.50 per event.For example, DJ’s fees are $12.50 ($7.50 splash fee+$5 ($2.50x2events) If you would like to pay by check, please make checks payable to Brookside West HOA Swim Team

Champ Meet practice

Champ meet practice will be held 8-10:30 am only 6/25-6/28.Please let me know immediately if this time does not work for your swimmer.We will be sure to give them sets to work on

Champ meet is next weekend.I will get our job assignments next week at the meeting.All parent of swimmers participating are required to work this meet.I will not know the jobs we are being assigned until then.Please prepare to work at least one shift at champ meet.
