Good Afternoon Breaker Family

Hope everyone had a great easter and is excited to start swim team soon.  We are very excited to have you on the team this season.  My name is Jasmin and I am the team Rep for this upcoming season.  I have held this role for the last 5-6 years but have been actively involved in the swim team since 2004-5 when my oldest daughter joined the team.   Preferred communication is written either via email or text.  Please text all urgent or time sensitive items.  I look forward to getting to know all our new families.

We are excited to welcome back Coach Lauren and Coach Maddie as well as welcome Coach Mackenzie to our staff.  The coaching staff has decades of competitive swim experience between them and we are very happy to have them.  We will have some bitty coaches that we will introduce once Bitty practice starts. Coach Lauren is still away at school so until she returns you can look for Coaches Maddie and Mackenzie on the pool deck. 

Practice will begin on Monday 4.29.19 at 6:30-7:30.  This will NOT Include Bitty Breakers.  We will begin bitty breakers later in May.

Meet jobs have been posted to swimptopia.  Please login in to your account online to get signed up for your 6 mandatory jobs for the season.  Please note all families must volunteer for 6 half meet jobs.  If you do not sign up for your jobs, they will be assigned to you and if you no show on your assigned jobs for a meet, your child will not swim the next meet.  Please note your commitment to the team as stated in the registration and agreed to.  

The schedule is also posted on the site for the season.  Please note meet dates have changed to Mondays and Thursdays.

We are looking for business and family sponsorship.  If your family or business is interested i sponsoring the team, please let me or Sandra Chan know.  Sponsorship helps run the team without increasing registration costs.

we are looking for at least 3 parents to commit to being our stroke and turn judges for the season.  This position does required additional online and on site training to be held May 18 at the MOB pool.  this class is mandatory for all new stroke and turn volunteers.  We are looking for a commitment of at least 3 meets.  Because of the additional training and commitment we can incentivize.  If you can commit to work at least 3-1/2 meets, let me know so we can discuss.
