Champ meet jobs complete

*** do we have any swimmers interested in singing the national anthem this weekend?  if so let me know asap**

Please see the attached job schedule for this weekends meet.  we will be manning one seat in lane 10.

Friday first timer ( Felkins) please arrive at the announcer table at 5:40.  Schroeder Family please take over the timing chair at 7 until the end of the meet.

First stroke timers needs to check in at the announcer table at 8:40.  Please note all shifts on Saturday and Sunday are for half of the stroke so 8 events each.  This works out to the switch off being 11 YO Girls every stoke.  Please make arrangements for this smooth hand-off with the family timing before you or after you.

I  really need all families to make sure the hand off goes smoothly.  If for any reason your replacement does not show up for the hand off please do not , i repeat do not abandon our chair as we will be harshly penalized and the meet will stop until it is filled.  please call or text me directly  209-915-6273

I will be unavailable from 9:30-12 on Saturday due to a prior engagement and soccer game at st mary's for my youngest daughter.  I will be available via cell.  If one of the parents of a swimmer participating on Saturday could take over rep duties during these 2.5 hours, i'd greatly appreciate it.  the team will provide snacks for the swimmers on sat and sun.

Thanks again to everyone
