Good Evening breaker families

Hope everyone had a great holiday week.  time to get back in the pool for those breakers swimming at champ meet this weekend.  

A few general announcements for the entire team before getting into champ meet

Save the date!! Our banquet is scheduled for 7/22/18.  More details to follow

Annual Breaker team trip to  Sunsplash is scheduled for 7/31/18

Tickets prices include entrance to the park, a reserved area for belongings, drinks all day (soda and water) and all you can eat lunch buffet for 1 hour.  Food items include burgers, hot dogs, chips, cookies, a salad.  Drinks are available all day to our group at the regular concession stand.  drink bar open limited hours and during lunch in our area/  It is a great time every year.  Chrishna Holdaway will be the point person for this event.  This trip is open to friends and family but we need to meet a certain number  of people to qualify for a group rate.  Let me know if you are interested so i can get a quote for ticket prices.  Send me an email with your family last name and number of tickets in the subject.  Additional details to follow

CHAMP MEET PRACTICE BEGINS TOMORROW MORNING 8:30-10:30 ONLY.  NO EVENING PRACTICES

Champ Meet is this coming weekend at st Marys high school.   Attached are your swimmers fees for the meet Please make all checks payable to BSW HOA Swim Team or bring exact cash for your fees.  The  cost per event is $2.50 and $5 splash fee. All fees are final and due.  Champ meet begins on Friday with the IM's and the half lappers.  Saturday is Butterfly and Backstroke and Sunday is Breaststroke and Freestyle.  

Also attached is a map of this weekends meet.  PLEASE NOTE WE HAVE BEEN MOVED FROM OUR USUAL PLACEMENT THE LAST FEW YEARS!!! We are next to the pool deck on the north side end of the pool deck, yeah!! But on the pavement next to a building, Boo!! Maker sure if you have swimmers this weekend that you bring shelter and something for the pavement as it can get very warm We can begin setting up Friday afternoon.  I will get the exact time and let you know.  The swim team will provide lots of water for the weekend and some fruit  and granola bars and other goodies to refuel with. Feel free to bring other items to share.  Waiting between swims can sometimes be long depending on impacted age groups so bringing our own snacks is generally cheaper and somewhat healthier (i try) If everyone wants to bring something we could put together a list.  Email me and let me know.  Please start hydrating your swimmer, it will be a warm long weekend. 

Programs- if you are interested in pre ordering programs for champ meet, they are $5.  email me and i will place the order and pick them up on friday at the meet.  If you need a program, i suggest you pre order them.  They have been know to sell out on Friday.  They will not print more once they are sold out.  We will have a few communal programs but they are for everyone. 

I am working on job assignments for this weekend and will open it up hopefully tomorrow
